Do I have to pay any extra taxes or duties?
No. All prices shown are final and include any applicable VAT or import duties. The amount you pay at checkout is the total amount you will be charged, with no hidden fees upon delivery.

My card payment was declined. What should I do?

I see a charge but no order confirmation. What happened?
This is usually a temporary authorization hold from your bank, not a final charge. It should clear within 3-7 business days. If a charge does post successfully without a corresponding order, please contact us immediately with your details for a prompt investigation and resolution.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from and how long does it take?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $29. Orders are shipped from our fulfillment centers within the European Union for fast delivery. Most European orders arrive within 7-12 business days. Worldwide delivery typically takes 10-20 business days, depending on the destination.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey in real-time.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
Please check your tracking details first for any updates. If there is no movement for an extended period or the estimated delivery date has passed, contact our support team with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue for you.
Returns & Support
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Customized items (with names/numbers) are final sale unless defective.
How do I return an item?
Please initiate the return process through your account dashboard or by contacting our customer service. We will provide a return authorization and instructions.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The funds will be returned to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
Who pays for return shipping?
For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We will cover all return costs if the item is faulty or if we made an error with your order.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can request changes or cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet been processed for packing. Please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after this window or for orders already in the shipping pipeline.
